I'm not here to join, just to give a few tips (or something).

Now if you actually want to succeed then I'd recommend spending less time on the computer or at least on the internet, go outside and do something to get your mind off of all the good lewd stuff. You don't exactly have to be exercising, go eat in a nice restaurant or go walk around the neighborhood, just be in somewhere public so you can't just suddenly take off your pants and rub one out (unless you're into something like that)

That's really all I have to say, I don't feel like joining because I have more important things to do, as in:

And set up a web filter. Then maybe I'll be able to finally win this.
