It's so weird seeing a piece of fiction that works so well as a stand-alone work. SFM has come a long way since the late 00s and this film just blows away all other effort using the tool. It was so goddamn good, even the horror movie shout-outs work so well because they're used as actual plot elements and not just references for the sake of referencing.
